Inspired by stick lip balms success Clinique brand has decided to continue the trend. In September it launches shadows sticks. WWD.com says that the launch time will be the same all over the world except Asia, they’ll have it in October.
It’s also said that the texture will have light shimmer and the price in USA will be around 16$. The audience is supposed to be young — starting from 19.
Speaking about lipsticks there’ll be 8 new colors in June.
Paying tribute to great advertising images I can tell you I’m no fan of these sticks. In my opinion, they lack the softness and they look in stick much better then on lips. And applied on lips they highlight the things that are not supposed to be highlited. Well, I’ve always been good about soft sticks, even the ones that are supposed to be used for drawing on paper.
